The Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist certification teaches you how to represent clients, perform market analyses, negotiate, and understand property development and management. The TACS will also equip you with skills in marketing and business development. This certification shows that you’ve pursued an intensive course of study in commercial real estate and that you’re dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients.

Introduction to Commercial Real Estate: This Module consists of 4 days -This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by exposing them to the fundamentals of commercial real estate finance and economics, and then through the application of those fundamental concepts using actual practice scenarios on a variety of property types they are likely to encounter. It will provide a strong grounding in basic concepts that will help students who intend to pursue higher designations such as CCIM. It will also prepare agents who are interested in moving their field of business from residential to commercial, or residential agents who occasionally take part in commercial transactions.

This is a Tx REALTORS® Broadcast class. You can take it from anywhere. Just put HR in front of your name in the zoom meeting if you register through our association.

REFUND Policy: Cancellation by the student: Refunds will be issued if cancellation by the student is made prior to 7 days ahead of the course start date.

CANCELLATION Policy: Heartland REALTORS (HR) reserves the right to cancel CE/SAE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date. Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to a future scheduled CE/SAE course.
